At the1921 Mulhouse International Exhibition, the idea was floated of organizing a congress in Paris in 1922 to create a Federation of French Philatelic Societies.
The Petit Journal on rue Lafayette in Paris was the venue for the founding congress on June 5, 1922.
“How far we’ve come…”
To retrace its entire history, FFAP has decided to publish a book retracing the Federation’s first hundred years.
The book will be released on October 28, 2022, to coincide with Stamps Passion in Moulins.
