#NFTimbre1
In its press release from July 2023, La Poste informs us about the first stamp of a new collection: NFTStamp1.
On September 18, 2023, La Poste releases the first block of 1 stamp from a new collection: NFT stamps, available both in physical format and with a digital twin in a quantity of 100,000 copies.
Philately has always been a symbol of technical innovations since the creation of stamps (innovative shapes, scented inks, augmented reality, etc.).
By entering this new collecting market, La Poste once again demonstrates its ability to innovate and engage a new type of collector. This block, issued in a quantity of 100,000 units, aligns with the approach of new trends in international philately, following the examples of countries like Austria, Switzerland, Croatia, Portugal in Europe, or Japan in Asia. It combines a physical stamp with its digital counterpart: the NFT (Non-Fungible Token).
Starting from August 21, 2023, collectors from around the world can register on the NFTimbre.com platform to discover the new features of this type of collection. This registration will provide regular updates about upcoming releases, including the first four releases planned for 2023 and 2024.
The “First Day” launch of the sale for this stamp will take place on September 18, exclusively through La Poste’s platform, www.NFTimbre.com.
