It is with great pleasure that the Association Philatélique et Numismatique Carcassonnaise welcomes this 69th edition of the Congress of Philatelic Associations of Languedoc-Roussillon, federated to the French Federation of Philatelic Associations, whose President of the FFAP, Mr Philippe LESAGE, we will warmly welcome on this occasion.

On 21 and 22 October 2023, at the foyer de Montlegun, rue Germinal in Montlegun, Carcassonne, in addition to the Regional Congress, the A.P.N.C will also host a Level 1 and Level 2 philatelic competition, with no fewer than 7 competitors presenting their work to the sagacity of nationally renowned jurors.
